My chain broke whilst riding nearby to Coney Hall cycle works. Took it in and the owner (can’t remember his name) immediately stopped what he was doing and fixed my bike with absolutely no fuss. So reasonably priced I feel like I was undercharged. I’m so grateful to him for getting me back on the road in little time at all. Hope you have a great Christmas and get some good news. Jess

We had to get a badly bent rear wheel fixed and Eric was extremely helpful in both advising what remedial action was required and then completing the work within a good timeframe, and at a most reasonable price.I can definitely recommend this shop for its excellent and friendly service.

I came in with what I thought was a broken boa fastening on my cycling shoes. We figured out the issue and it was a small fix (if you can call it that). No charge but paid with a pepsi and some biscuits. Super friendly and knowledgeable and wouldn’t overcharge. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a bike shop you can trust, great customer services and affordability.. look no further! I entered this shop with a broken bike (mid ride), I heard one of the employees on the phone stating the customer could come down, and he would show him what he could afford within his budget online (doesn't really get any nicer than that). They were extremely helpful, polite, great on price and even reminded me to keep my old piece of broken equipment as I could salavge pieces off it that my come in handy. Highly, highly recommend.

My bike broke while on a ride out from Southwark. It seemed pretty bad - derailleur came off and mangled itself in the back wheel. Luckily I found this shop nearby on google maps and these guys fixed it while I waited. Very friendly and helpful !

Took a tumble on some gravel and resulted in a scuffed hip and sadly a scuffed bike! Rear derailleur hanger was bent quite badly and rang up Coney Hall who was round the corner. Popped over and he sorted my bike out and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again for a full service. 5 stars.

Came into the bike shop today to get some help removing the tightest free hub known to man. Erik was amazing, he knew what the issue was straight away and with a bit of elbow grease , he managed to unlock the nut and clean out the free hub there and then. He knows bikes - gave me pro tips to lubricate my drivechain. I'll definitely be taking my bike back for all bike related things. Thank you Erik

Great friendly and fast service. We got a puncture in the middle of a long bicycle ride but the service was so good that they fix 3 issues with our bikes. Highly recommended! Will be back when we need help.
