Just been and had my Daily vitamin D.New bed is really nice and hot; and new tubes on other beds are lovely. Restricted to 10 min so people don't get burnt or over do it.15 minutes Restricted on number 1, I come out a different colour every time.Beds are maintained well and kept clean.staff are great at advising people on how many minutes to do due to tubes being changed.but you always get someone who thinks they know best.Erika keeps on top of maintenance and staff so I have never had a problem. I highly recommend this and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The young lady that worked today (friday 26 aug) she needs a big customer service training. Very rude attitude when i asked her to clean the sun bed after a customer left before i use it. She said is my thing to do it not hers, “since Covid we don’t do this anymore”. Didn’t mind to do it but i guess there is a nicer way to talk to someone who by the end of the day contribute to your wage. Helen, the lady that does morning shifts is lovely and she always makes sure the sunbed is sanitise before use.

Do not use this shop purchased a card with 100 minutes on a Monday cost 43 pounds - 3 pound for the card which was to be refunded when used all the minutes a shop that claims to have cctv I used the sunbed for 12 minutes lost my card and the shop said because I lost that I lost the minutes which was not explained on the day I purchased the card,,,,when I phoned the attitude of the staff was not nice didn’t want to know and spoke to me as if I was stupid.... I would give zero stars and not recommend to friends of family

I use electric beach most Saturdays and I always get a very good welcome from Gaynor , the shop is open on time and everything is ready to go.She is very welcoming and cheerful,we always have a chat and i totally enjoy my sun bed experience. In my opinion this is the best sunbed shop in the area.

Have been coming here for years. By far the best sun bed shop, and the ladies there are friendly and always up for a nice chat too. 5 stars from me ☀️☀️☀️

Electric Beach is the best tanning shop I've ever been to. They have the nicest staff, are very friendly and helpful. They are so much cheaper than any other tanning shop, and in Windsor so they're so convenient.
