LP Music Tuition

As a more mature student and complete beginner, i am enjoying learning to play the piano and read music. Laura is an excellent teacher who is both patient and encouraging, allowing me to progress at my own pace.

Both my children have been having piano lessons with Laura for a few months and are progressing really well. Laura is a pleasant and patient teacher. My children had a choice as to whom and where they would like to take their lessons and they chose Laura at Pro Music Tuition. They have had lessons with other local music schools/teachers, which they said were boring in comparison to their current lessons with Laura. I especially like the fact that music theory is taught through games. My children will continue to have lessons with Laura for the foreseeable future.

My son (8) has been having lessons with Laura for several weeks now, and he is enjoying them so much! He is learning lots and looking forward to his lessons each week . The style of teaching , using games and interactive techniques to engage and promote learning is working so well with my son, as well Laura’s warm and friendly nature. Thanks so much !

Laura is a very patient piano teacher. She is very understanding of a child's need to learn through play and my son absolutely adores his piano lessons with her. He looks forward to his lesson each week, always eager to try his best to show Laura what he's practised.

Laura has been giving lessons to our daughter for over a year. In that time she has passed her Grade 5 theory and just passed her Grade 6 practical.Since the dreaded lockdown, my daughter has suffered with anxiety so we didn't think she would continue with lessons at all. Laura has a very encouraging teaching method but also pushes for progress where she needs to.I would highly recommend her as piano (and singing) teacher.
