I first started out with Doug he’s got a lot of passion for the sport. He’s showed me a lot of what I know. Always had good drills and would push you to your limits. One of the best coaches I’ve worked with and would always keep you in check.

Doug, is as real as you can get out of a coach. Whether you’re looking to compete competitively or just for fitness. He will correct you and be straight forward with you. If you want to learn how to strike, and get in to shape. Well give him the chance and you won’t regret it. He has genuine passion for his students and just wants the best for them.

While I'm not lucky enough to live near the gym, Doug was my kickboxing coach for multiple years. The quality of his coaching, and passion he brings to it is amazing. Even years after leaving the sport the skills and lessons have stuck with me and left a big impact in my life. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for one.

The gym is a wee bit small for my liking, however coach Doug is one of the greatest coaches I ever had. Thanks to his teaching method it helped me achieve 5-0 on my kickboxing competitions and if you'd like the same results I strongly recommend giving him a try.
