I have worked at coppice for nearly a year and I love it! So friendly caring, all the staff are lovely! The residents make my day! Such a lovely place to come and live! Everyone is one big family❤️ You walk through the door and it’s loving and warm. Xx

I have worked at Fairway View for just over a month as a new Activities Co - Ordinator which is a brand new role to add to my work experience.I am really enjoying my new career and wish I could do it full-time.The residents have accepted and embraced me in such a loving way that makes me feel happy to be at work.The Staff are great and are always working hard to ensure the residents needs are met. I love the fact that someone could burst into song at any moment and others will join in. The staff try to keep a positive and up beat attitude which is the best way to get through the day.Fairway View is a good establishment.

Cannot fault this care home at all, very nice friendly staff who would make your stay / visit very welcoming. Very modern and comfortable atmosphere, the residents are always happy and the staff interact with the residents very well. Best care home in Nottingham in my opinion. Keep up the hard work

I have been working at fairway for 4years now, what a great 4years its been working alongside great staff and management. Does not feel like coming to work as it feels like one big happy family staff and residents included, always go home after a 12 hour shift with a smile on face.

Fairway view is an outstanding home, very welcoming and has a great homely atmosphere.Led by care centered, hard working, excellent management which then amplifies thoughout the whole of the care team. During such difficult times, all staff have gone above and beyond showing their dedication to the residents wellbeing.

What a fantastic place to work! The residents are amazing, they bring a smile to my face every day. The staff team and management have been so supportive helping me to settle into my new role as activity coordinator. I am looking forward to working for a company whose ethos is person-centred care.

I have worked at fairway view for 3 or so months, on walking through the front doors i felt warmth and homely feel. It is a lovely place to work, the home manager is lovely and very approachable, cares about her residents and staff along with front of house manager. All the care team work as a team advising, learning and growing together to make for a family home. I hope to be with this home for a long time and love working here.

I've worked here at fairway view for 18 months and I am so glad I made the leap and change in jobs.For me this is not just work but home too. Residents brighten the day and staff team work is top. Rapour with all Residents/staff and all families is the some of the best I've known. And families know that their loved ones are getting the care and attention they deserve.
