Alma Veterinary Hospital

I have been with Alma vets for a few years, they are by far the best vet I’ve used. The staff at the reception are very welcoming and friendly, nurses and vets also. I would recommend to anyone living in Windsor area.

As always the staff were very helpful and friendly. No rushing even though they were busy, still took plenty time to treat my dog. I always feel they care.

Took my cat Knut" in for flea treatment and Dr Melanie Pond was gentle

This a highly professional and caring veterinary hospital. Alma Vets are up there with the best!PS. I trained as a vet so I’ve seen a few vet hospitals! ;>)

Lovely peeps. Been bringing my two boys since 8 weeks old. They have always taken great care. Even saved my boys lives. ❤️

I had never had a problem and had always received great service but on my previous visit the nurse dealing with my dog was rude, arrogant and dismissive. She seemed as though my dog was an inconvenience to her and she would rather be anywhere else, they’re not a cheap vets and I would hope such a profession to understand that being at the vets isn’t a nice situation for the dog and owner. Have since moved to another practice due to the incident. They also prescribed a drug for my dog that she is intolerant to despite me telling them this on previous occasions. It seemed as though they were only interested in getting my money and not my dogs welfare.I would like to add that the reception staff are always so lovely and friendly and helpful and, excluding one member of vet nurse staff, I have never had an issue but when you’re paying way over the odds for services i would hope for more warmth and understanding.

Visited 2 times within a week. Both trips were very fast with little to no waiting time and both vets (different on each occasion) were extremely helpful and showed genuine care and attention to both myself and my two cats health & condition.First consultation is free per pet. So no cost for either of my visits.Would recommend.

My dog wasn't quite right and ended up needing major surgery. All the vets and vet nurses were brilliant and very caring. So lovely to hear that they treat all dogs as per their personalities, my little lady isn't crate trained and when she was up to it was allowed out to wonder around (it was a weekend) and have cuddles with the staff. Thank you for getting her through a really tough time. xx

Never thought i will see any dog happy to go vet and my puppy loves it! They’re super friendly and always give loads of cuddles to make sure my puppy is not scared or uncomfortable and i think that’s extremely important.
