Purchased a car from these guys 25k all in on finance. The after sales service has been non existent the vehicle has a tailgate fault and despite numerous visits and excuse after excuse still no further forward after 3 months of trying to get the issue resolved. AVOID THE PLACE IS MY ADVICE!!!!

Found Avensis on this garage website. Spoke with the owner over the phone applied finance straight away seem less process. We took train from Glasgow their staff Marc picked us from Train station. Car is amazing exterior and engine all good very happy with the car. The put full MOT and serviced it also changed 2 tyres. Professional and very friendly people they also have great amount of very clean cars ! Highly recommended

5 Star ExperienceCar very well presented top quality.No pressure of sale and extremely supportive experience. Great customer service from Marc even the owner was a top man very humble and has good knowledge of cars !If only all car dealerships were this goodFantastic service from start to finish.Quality of cars does most of the selling for them. Very easy dealing with this garage. Sold my car bmw to them and bought my new car. They paid good price for my car better than other rip of garage. Would definitely recommend this and to mention here that the staff was really helpful from start to finish.

Easy deal, lovely chap (owner) to deal with. Honest guy and have good knowledge about cars. I must say I traveled from Lincolnshire and didn’t disappoint a single bit. They took pride in cars and definitely recommended from me to anyone wants a decent car.

I would rate 10/10 for the customer service here at this garage. Welcoming attitude by the staff and specially the owner. Went to buy Passat end up buying an Audi A3. They have good knowledge of cars. I also bought the service plan great deal altogether. Definitely recommend and don’t mind to travel to buy another car from this place. Ya
