I got placed by Caila in a HR admin role which turned out to be completely different what she sold to me. Not the hybrid working approach I wanted, no career progression opportunities and solely a recruitment administrative position with no exposure to Employee Relations. Additionally, failed to tell me I had to travel home on my lunch hour, falsely said the organisation would pay for my CIPD level 3 and the other HR administrators would be aware I was on a higher salary. Very disappointing experience and would not be using honeycomb again to find another job.

Having worked with a few other agencies who let me down in the past I have to say Honeycomb were forthright and honest in having me placed in my current role. Patience is a virtue because whilst there were a couple of disappointments at the start of trying to have me placed I am thrilled with my new role and cannot speak highly enough about the whole team in Honeycomb who continually briefed me and ensured I did all that was required in advance of documentation and paperwork requiring completion to enable me commence my new placement. 10 out of 10 for service and attention.
