Terrible experience getting my eyebrows threaded and sides of my face waxed. She didn’t even listen to my explanation of how I wanted my eyebrows and didn’t smile at me once or greet me. She did them in record time of 1 minute I’d say. I gave her a few corrections after checking them in the mirror and she was extremely annoyed. She shouted next and I told her I wasn’t done and wanted my face waxed. She proceeded to scold me about how busy it was. She waxed my face and didn’t even bother to offer to thread and blend it in. Disgusting behaviour and HORRID customer service. She has left my eyebrow with 2 huge cuts which are painful and I had to go home and pluck my brows into the correct shape and blend my sides. I will show you the pictures and you can judge for yourself. She was very fast in telling me the price and snatching my money but didn’t once say goodbye or have a nice day. Will never ever use their service again and I hope no else does too. Save your money.

Went in for eyelashes full set, they lasted 1 day and that's it! Started coming out so I had to take them all out and didn't even have to pull on them to get them off, Shocking! Went in previously before a while ago same thing happened but that time my eyes were red raw and the lady got glue everywhere. They offered me free service of lashes as they don't do refunds" But I had personal stuff going on at the time and didn't want to pay travel to get down there and back again (don't drive). Gave them the benefit of the doubt as no other place was available the 2nd time. What a mistake that was! £22 for them to last 1 day!! Not happy"

Got my lashes done today and I’m not happy I have glue all over my eyes and it’s itchy the worst eyes lashes I’ve ever had £22 it’s a lot of money just to be wasted we work hard for this money so please deliver best service if it’s a busy day it’s better you tell us to come back next day rather than keeping us waiting for an hour and deliver poor services

My friend went to get her hair cut at this salon, and the service wasnt giving. They had two people watching a stylist cut someones hair whilst sitting on their phones, leaving my friend to wait for more than 20 minutes even though her appointment was 30 minutes before. We ended up leaving without the service being completed due to the staff being so rude and negligent of my friend. They also served a friend before us even though we arrived way before her! Will definitely not be going back!

I went yesterday for a wash and blow dry around 5:15pmIt was the worst experience everThey were rushing to closeSamina literally pulled my hair and blow dried it. I came out with the worst headacheI had 2 ladies blow drying my hairI asked for it to be dead straight dry they rushed and blow dried itIt wasn’t even straightThey go on and lie about the manager name when you ask them for the contact detailsThey communicate in another language thinking you don’t understand but I understood exactly what they said

Well Reynas is nice place to have new haircut .Last time before my holiday I wanted medium bob cut which turned to be straight hair .I returned the girl shortened it at the back but still had no effect .She told me next time you come ask for long bob , which doesn't make much sence. If I go next time I will insist for medium bob cut , that's it .Its ok service but sometimes misunderstanding or they do easier cuts

Was so pleased with Sophie’s hair .The girls were all great and did a fabulous job smashing perm .Would recommend Reynas hair and beauty to anyone .

i went yesterday around 1:15 to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, it was busy which i didn’t mind waiting as i didn’t wait long, it was my second time and i was excited as i thought they was really good, however the attitude and customer service was poor, my tint was wiped off but was smudged all down my face i had to ask the lady for a wipe to wipe it off i then paid but when i left the shop and looked in the mirror i saw my eyebrows and i am absolutely disgusted in them, i couldn’t even return to the shop to have them sorted because i know i’d kick off and that’s not like me i won’t ever return again and i’ll show you what’s happens to my eyebrows and how i’m still trying to get them fixed without ruining the other one, I WILL NEVER RETURN. Completely two different shapes i’m not happy.

Had my lashes done the day before I was attending a wedding and by the morning they had literally all fallen out. Absolutely disgusting and total waste of money. I had to rush and get strips for the wedding in the end as there was no saving the diabolical work this salon had done. I would never use this place again.
