We had our boiler replaced which was leaking water. We had Steve and his nephew replace our boiler in the morning and the radiator nozzles to turn heat up and down were replaced too, they did a fantastic job and cleaned up after too. Steve was very polite and friendly, he also helped me to operate the boiler. Very happy with the job.

They sent Buck Electrical Contractors to install vents in the bathroom and kitchen.The Contractor installed them in the walls rather than the ceilings so as you can see from the pictures they look terrible.

This company installed a new ideal logic boiler, loft insulation, 2 eco fan extractors and trickle vents in my windows all free of charge on the ECO4 flex scheme a few months ago. All good and I highly recommend this company.

I have had an excellent service from South Rings Energy ltd from arranging the installation date to completing. The engineer (James) who Installed our boiler was very polite and helpful, he gave time to answer questions and provide instructions on how to use the boiler. When the work was completed he left the property clean and tidy. Once the boiler was installed the electric work followed, and that was also done in a timely and professional manner. I want to also Thank Stephanie from the Customer Service team, she was very polite, professional and helpful, and the directors were also very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this company :)

The initial contact with this company was good. The fitting went well however they directed waste product from our heating system onto our lawns and into the nearby surface water drains. Added a photo of the damage . Contacted them to try and discuss the matter and didn’t get very far . Reported the pollution to the Environment agency. Very disappointing. Not professional, don’t bother.

Staff in office and the men who came to fit the boiler were very polite, the work was done quickly and they made sure it was working and that all the radiators were hot.So I can definitely recommend them.

Can't fault this company. From booking the job to completing it. Excellent service. Arrived on time, happy to listen to our questions. Installed a boiler in a timely manner. Gave time to demonstrate how it worked. Left the property clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
