Possibly the best presented showroom in town but that is as good as it gets. What is the point of having good quality carpets at good prices if you are incapable of delivering? Woeful communication between departements, between staff and between drivers and customers. 3 weeks, 1 carpet, no delivery.First they wasted my time saying I could pick it up from Anlaby Rd, when I came to pick up - No Carpet. Then a week after I came again to pick up and carpet was rolled in such a way that was impossible to load, even though a member of their staff said it would be Ok. After those screw ups I decided to get it delivered - they did not show up, see below.They have an officious delivery policy that is anti-customer. Won't knock on the door on delivery day unless you can get to the phone on time with a single call. It is like they are on a mission not to deliver.Delivery policies are officious and anti-customer, they shouldn't be still in business. Very unprofessional. Time wasters. Still waiting for carpet.

Guy in the store was great. If it wasn’t for him I would have forgotten the grippers and underlay.The installation team were fantastic, took them around 15 minutes to lay the floor and everything was left in a professional manner.Overall an excellent service from everyone involved!

Disappointed in the service I received. Carpet which was fitted looks like it's been spliced in the middle even though I gave them the floor plan. They are claiming it's a pressure mark.rubbish left in every room, treating the house like a tip. Apparently that's in terms of conditions of the invoice however you don't expect them to leave the house like a tip. Leaving rubbish in every room.Basically have an excuse for everything and nothings been done to correct their mistakes.
