My experience at Watches of Switzerland Canary Wharf has been exceptional.. Lilla who helped me was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect watch. WOS offers a top-notch experience for watch enthusiasts.

The best watch store and team I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was warmly welcomed the first time I stepped in, and continue to be every time I walk in. Nick was patient with me the first time I naively asked about a particular watch I had my sights on. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with every time and goes out his way to actually get to know you as a person, not just a customer. Rhonda did an amazing job with the service and strap replacement of my very special Hamilton watch, it came back looking absolutely brand new (I was even hesitant to start wearing it again). All in all a fantastic team at this store, and I look forward to coming back often.

I have been fortunate enough to be able to collect my first Rolex watch today at WoS Canary Wharf.A thoroughly wonderful experience and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff there, especially Ben and James they were great. Even my wife who came with me and who isn’t a watch person by any stretch of the imagination was captivated by the whole experience.Looking forward to continuing my relationship with the store.Many thanks to all those in the store today that have provided me with wonderful memories of collecting my first Rolex watch.
