We recently changed our hotel linen suppliers to Brampton laundry and we are extremely happy with the service and quailing we are receiving. The few minor issue we experienced to start with have been promptly dealt with. I chose Brampton cleaning services to do a weekly clean of my house because of the good reviews but ended up being disappointed. My messages were ignored when I asked to pause my cleans and how I pay as I hadn’t received an invoice, a week later I got a text asking if I’d paid but no response to anything else. I said I hadn’t as I hadn’t had the invoice through and to make sure the email is correct, finally got the invoice through with no response to my message, I thought this was unprofessional.
