Don't ever have a UPS parcel delivered here. The rude, lazy attendant refused to serve me, claiming that they don't do parcel collections after 7pm. The information from UPS has them doing collections until 8pm. Either way I was at the store at 6:58pm... Clearly in breach of any SLA they have with UPS and must not want the additional revenue...

I walked a mile to collect my UPS parcel at 6:30pm and was told by an unidentified person on the customer side of the counter that the UPS collection point closes at 5:00pm. I showed him a printout of the UPS Web site indicating that the opening hours were until 7:00pm. His answer was unintelligible except for the part telling me to come back the next day before 5:00pm. Another man behind the counter supported his request. Their attitude was dismissive and as non courteous as it gets. I will report this to UPS and strongly recommend that this Collection Point be avoided at all cost.

I had my UPS parcel delivered here yesterday and when I went to pick it up the man behind the counter was odd, unhelpful and he refused to look for my parcel. I knew it was there because the document put through the letterbox said it would be there after 6.30pm (I was there at 6.50pm). The man even said 'I know you, the delivery man told me about you. Your parcel will arrive tomorrow.' He then continued to ignore me. I refused to leave and repeated it must be there. He still ignored me. After 2 minutes of ignoring me he FINALLY looked for my parcel. But only because I was pushy. It was there all along. Strange thing is, I was in all day and the delivery man never buzzed the buzzer/intercom. So he made a mistake not delivering it as well. I don't understand why he never buzzed for my flat. I'm complaining about the man in the petrol station because he was so lazy and rude and weird. I think he just hated his job and wanted me to have a wasted journey walking to the petrol station.

My local petrol station, and the one I do not use given how they always price to be more expensive than anybody else.***Thank you for the response. You have been consistently a lot more expensive than every local petrol station every year I can remember. Your services are not premium, they are a commodity. Make your petrol price competitive and I will use your services. Bye.

Don't take 'soft items' like Lottery tickets by card anymore, so the person serving me said.Paypoint has been down for weeks too.Basically, this is place is a redundant service.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Rude, impolite, and inconsiderate. I asked to collect my parcel at 18:00, as was suggested by the UPS delivery note, and was told extremely rudely that I have to come tomorrow. Their rule is 07:00 to 17:00. How is it possible that UPS suggests a time slot that is not in line with their access point? And how is it possible that the people running that dungeon of rudeness be associated with BP as a company?

Absolute scam when withdrawing cash. Buttons are out of alignment so incorrect amount of cash came out. Questioned it with owner behind the desk and said I was wrong for thinking the 2nd button was for the 2nd amount shown!! I accepted the charge but will not use again.

It's the second time that I am extremely disappointed with the service they provide. I went all the way to collect my parcel and they refused to release the parcel because the scanner didn't work. They do not have any manual form to proceed with the collection, which every company uses in the case of power cuts. Two Indian men, employees were so unprofessional, with no basic skills of customer service, acting in a very unprofessional way towards me as a customer and a woman. UPS should be aware of this and make an investigation. I saw a lot of very negative feedback about this collection point from other customers but now I am aware of that it is true as I have experienced exactly the same. This is the second time. A while ago I had a parcel to collect from BP STATION and even though I was there around 6:30 pm they refused to give me my parcel as they said that I have to come back the next day because they closed earlier that day, and the employee who is responsible for ups parcels has finished already. It's ridiculous to put customers in this position that second time I wasted my time and had to go back to collect my parcel the following day. The official opening hours for this point is 7 am to 8 pm.I am very disappointed that UPS doesn't investigate the collection points customer service and operations.

They people who run this place are really unpleasant. I watched them refuse a customer who asked for hand sanitiser (there is none for use anywhere) from a big bottle behind the counter. The cashier rudely responded “go buy your own”. When the customer left, they jeered and mocked him.

I was conned out of 15 pounds. I went there today for a car wash and fill up the car. I was told I could only get 15 pounds worth - fair enough. I has 34km left in the tank. The car wash attendant insisted he filling it up and pay should already pay 15 pounds at the til - which I did. On returning to the car the pump showed 15.02 and 9.8 litres. After paying I drove off to find that I had only 33km left. The pump had evidentky not been reset to zero before Tgey pretended to put gas in my car. Shame on me for getting conned I guess. Watch this petrol station.
