John H and Mitchel did an efficient job fitting our carpet in our sizeable room - but they were not phased! Both arrived with a happy outlook and did a great job - thank you!

I entered the store with very little knowledge about carpets and asked one of the staff members (Duncan) about what options I have for hypoallergenic materials. He immediately explained the options in great detail and gave me recommendations on a few different carpets at various price points. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. On my second visit I was served by another staff member (Colin) who was equally knowledgeable and helpful in aiding me to complete my purchase and arrange carpet fitting. Although I had chosen a carpet which was discontinued, he allowed me to use the sample to find similar colours in store, and also take multiple samples to my new house to see which looks best in the room. This was a huge help and I couldn't ask for better service.

Colin is so brillant. We have had the whole of the 1st floor re carpeted and the ground floor laminated.There were few things that were missed but no worries, the customer service is top class. Also, special thank you to Steve ( one of the floor fitters), who was very knowledgeable and excellent.I would definitely recommend .A***

Came into the store to look at hard flooring. Mark was extremely helpful, Carpetright had a good range of products, the knowledge of mark helped me loads. When crimbo has been and gone I’ll be back to place my order! Lvt going forward all the way!

Colin at Longwell Green is fantastic. He was hugely patient with me whilst I made decisions and needed quotes for different flooring and sizes and then found me a great price deal. I had an at home measure and quote from Melissa at the Bath store. She was great, called ahead to check I was still available and arrived on time. She had great product knowledge and was very friendly. I then went to the longwell green store to place my order. I called a few days before and spoke to Colin who said to ask for him when I came in the following Monday. When I came into the store he had remembered I was coming and had printed out my quote and read through it thoroughly in preparation. I needed to make quite a few changes to the original quoted order and he dealt with it professionally and quickly. He helped me to get the best deal with the money I was able to spend. I am very very impressed with the service so far.
