Excellent service with a smile! I asked for cards to be printed as soon as possible and Paradise Studios did not disappoint! They had my order ready within a couple of days, which I am so grateful for. I will definitely be going back. Happy customer!

Visited the shop in expectance of receiving a crisp camera quality photo that would look great for a portfolio on the web. The bad experience started in the studio trying to communicate with a 'photographer' who has no idea about Image Quality. I made a simple request to have the raw uncompressed photo taken by the camera (you would imagine this wouldn't be a problem based on the £10 charge. Now the 'no' wouldn't have been a problem if the photo had still looked nice and sharp). So I had the final photo sent over email for an additional £5 expecting something atleast good. These people sent me some 0.3 megapixel image convincing me its the best they do. If you're looking for a standard passport print out, you won't have an issue here (since that requires nothing special). Otherwise if you need anything even a little better, you'd be better off taking a picture with any phone in the last 5 years and finding a good lighting + background. Don't make my mistake coming here.

Max Spielman took some awful passport photos that were unacceptable due to shadows. Paradise took fresh pics and the difference is night and day. Should have went to Paradise Studios first.

Just had a passport picture taken for my child, me and my wife were excited, BUT our excitement was short lived. The elderly gentleman was very rude and we felt very rushed, when we asked about the digital online copy he said we should have told him sooner and tried charging additional £10.

I found this business on Google after I searched for so long to find somewhere suitable. I rang them first and the customer service that I was provided with over the phone was so nice and warm. I then went in to get my photos taken and they were patient, efficient, accommodating and really polite. I was really nervous but the staff there were friendly and provided me with such amazing service!

I came in to set an order for my sons wedding cards, I experienced amazing customer service and my order was done really quickly. The cards are amazing quality and I have had no issues. I would deffo recommend!!!

Had my wedding cards printed at the store. I came in the store to browse for designs and was greeted by friendly and very helpful staff. Even with the complexity of printing the card in another language and within 1 week they were able to assist to get the job done perfectly within just a few days! Very responsive communications through both email and phone, definitely helps as one less thing to stress about when planning a wedding. 100% recommend.

Gary was the man patience in the talk was the key time given and understanding great this was after sorting our daughters wedding cards out last year and now the boys in August..his dad is also laid back any more he will fall over when we spoke to him he said no worries leave it with my son everything will be OK.. Trust me
