Used for MOT and service. They made sure to fit me in promptly, as requested, and said they could do so as they are a family business and want to help as best as possible. They also offered to drop me home, and collect me when my vehicle would be ready. With the recent storms, that was a huge relief! They carried the work out thoroughly and efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble to themm Absolutely the best garage I have ever taken my vehicle to. They can also provide a courtesy vehicle. Highly recommend D C Wilson. I will use them from now on.

Awful experience. I had a problem they couldn't help me with - which I understand- but the attitude was terrible. Patrinising and rude. I came away upset and angry. I went to Garstang Motors with the same problem - they also couldt help - but what a difference.

I have recently had an issue with my car and contacted Rob at Pennine garage for help. He was both courteous and was very professional. He arranged for my issue to be resolved which was done without any delay. I am impressed by the way I was treated and would not hesitate using this garage in future.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have bought several cars over the years from D C Wilson garage and have always been delighted with the service - and quality of vehicle. The staff are always helpful in locating a particular vehicle specification - and happy to advise on budget options on financing.My latest car was sorted by Rob at Pennine site (other D C WILSON garage in Scotforth) and he gave great assistance in sourcing what I was after. Service was good when collecting the vehicle and the preparation of it clear to see. As with previous vehicles, the spec was above what I’d expected as every effort had been made to find the best for the money. Vehicle servicing always spot on. Disappointing to see a couple of vague, negative reviews on here, would make me question the validity of them - the complete opposite to my regular experiences at both garages. Keep up the good work Dave, Rob and team.

My car broke down and was in a rush for a new one for work.They managed to source me a really competitively priced run about and managed to have an MOT and it completely valeted with in a couple of days. It was like new when I got it!Good bunch of lads and very reliable, will be going in future

Never having purchased a car online before i was apprehensive nut Lewis guided me through making the whole transaction a breeze. Answering every question/querie promptly and efficiently. They are an excellent garage and in my experience, the last of a dying breed! Most garages these days only care about filling the diary with as much work as possible - as a result, customer care and quality of work goes out the window - not DC Wilson. The guys always go the extra mile to fit you in, communication about work is top notch and the pricing is very fair indeed. I have absolute trust in the team and the repairs/servicing they carry out.
