If you ever need help, don't bother ringing these. They don't care, and won't help you. Disgusting people. Closed my case after I was assaulted because they couldn't be bothered obtaining a court order to get crucial evidence. Definitely Go through solicitors and let them sort things, as these people are incapable and lazy!!!!

Ref:I needed your assistance yesterday and was shocked how quickly you arrived. You made me feel safe, prioritised and protected. Despite the bad press faced by our forces, I experienced the exact opposite, firm but fair and a touch of bedside manner.I have MH issues and found that they were considered and without discrimination. I received a call later by the aftercare team to see how I was, how amazing.I have always had total respect for the police but more so now. The men and ladies that came out yesterday were able to mediate, calm a tense situation and find a suitable resolution. To all staff involved in the entire process, many, many thanks for your superb service.Danielle xRef: 21000897604

As a senior visitor to the city a group of us were walking down Dale street this morning when I slipped and fell. Almost immediately I was approached by 2 community support and traffic officers. They assisted me to my feet and ensured I was safe and well. They also ensured that the area was reported and made safe for others. These officers were a credit to your force. Exceptionally kind, reassuring and helpful. I unfortunately didn’t take a note of names or numbers but thankful for their help as I have enjoyed my time in Liverpool. Thank you again.

Done for no seat belt last year by horrible matrix bullies when there's an alarm goes off I don't wear it, then yesterday got a ticket for no insurance when I had a policy to show that started at 12 in the morning, no have to wait to go to court to get it thrown out, they are a waste of time! My cousins house got burgled and they took 7 hours go come out, but pull over and take your seat belt off. And they are all over you. Bunch of bullys

The only people not willing to engage with the force have something to hide, they are curious, generous and above all else professional people with the utmost respect, they have an unswerving ability to engage with the public in need, their caring and understanding is, their first best destiny, we must have the most patient and understanding force in the world, and may I say your patience WILL win through, trust me as an ex serving member of HM forces of 30 years. YOU LISTENED AND SAVED MY LIFE, YOU CANNOT THANK THAT XX

Dear Merseyside PoliceI have just witnessed an untoward incident on Gt Homer St. The incident involved some violence and a number of people. Two scientific support vehicles happened to pass and immediately responded.I don’t know whether these people, a male and a female are POs or civilians; however I wanted to say that they were exemplary in their response. They prevented the situation from escalating. I am just conscious that you receive a lot of bad press and wanted to let you know that this citizen wanted to say that you and well done for what is sometimes a thankless task

WASTE OF OUR TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE / COUNCIL TAX MONEY!Literally reported a party of 200 people who were out on my street till 6am, doing balloons, throwing balloon canisters about at cars and on the floor and throwing -/ breaking empty glass bottles. Said there’s nothing they can do even though I explained I feel unsafe and feel my property / car is going to get damaged. Said I should contact my council in the morning. Pathetic! 200people indoors at 3 RODNEY ST HOTEL is still against the law AND THEY WERE VANIDAILISAING TRESPASSING NUISANCE they did nothing. Terrible police what a JOKE

I have to say that I have unfortunately been subjected to 2 incidents in the last couple of weeks and I have received zero response or even acknowledgement of either of these. If I showed such little regard for my job I’d be accountable, but that would appear not to be case for those within Merseyside police.Appalled doesn’t come close

If you are under 25, do not bother reporting a theft - you will only experience discrimination. Both my bike and telephone were stolen whilst I lived in this area and when correctly stating that they had been locked up I heard only, You youngsters always say that..." Disgraceful."
