Had a charging issue with my phone, was told it was my charging point and they replaced it only for the same issue to be there. Went back and they wouldn't offer a refund instead gave me Bluetooth speakers from their stock instead of money, went back for them supposedly to fix the issue they should have originally and still they couldn't, now saying it was my battery. Spent over £100 for them not to fix my phone at all. Took it to an actual professional shop and fixed for £40. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!

I initially thought the £35 complete phone diagnostic was a bit steep. But I suppose there is a fair bit of cost to open a phone and check it. Cost an extra £20 to have the charge port fixed. Working great since. Staff contacted me several times to give me an update and what it would cost. Quick service, too. I would recommend it.

Great and speedy service! I also received tips for the future use. Had a broken camera glass and battery that needed to be replaced. Done in 2 hours, working perfectly now :)

Had a broken screen and a phone which was no longer working properly, and they were able to repair the phone very quickly (<2hrs) and had no issues in the almost two weeks since.

Came in to what I thought was a good deal for getting a s9+ battery replaced for £50(usually £70 apparently) to feel like I've been mugged right off, after numerous health checks on the supposed new battery and I now believe it's far from that after a few weeks of usage. Just as bad as the last one.Even tried to be on the phone as little as possible but not dice.You just can't trust anyone unless you get a glimpse of the work being carried out.

The GOOD:- Had a new screen for a OnePlus 5T in stock and was able to do a same-day repair/replace.- Replacement was done within 4 hours.- Very friendly and good opening hours on a weekend.The NEUTRAL:- It was expensive; about 35% more than shops slightly outside of town. However, those shops also didn't have the screen in stock.The BAD:- Nowhere to park nearby if you have to drive in.- The screen developed a crack only a week after replacement and the warranty clearly says it does not cover cracks.This phone with original screen lasted 3 years and only cracked when it was dropped onto a hard surface from several feet up.The new screen only lasted 1 week and seems to have cracked after a drop from a couple of feet onto the soft carpet. Our phones drop like that all of the time and never had a problem with original screens.**Thanks to the owner for the reply. Our phones drop all of the time from a few feet onto a bed or onto the carpet and it's never been a problem with original screens. It seems the replacement screen is of much lower quality than the original, which is a shame as we would have just gotten a new phone instead.

If you’re needing a screen repair please avoid! One of the staff members was particularly rude after doing a sub par job and refusing to give a partial refund. A formal complaint has been sent and Will be reporting them to trading standards and the Ombudsman.*edit to add to response. Had you stopped raising your voice and interrupting when we explained. We had just come back from the Apple Store and they had informed us that the case for the phone wasn’t bent as you claimed and that the error was entirely down to the replacement of the screen, which you had done the work on. In fact it was the Apple Store genius that had suggested we return to you to request a refund as you’d done such a such par job and your colleague even admitted that the screens you replace with are thicker than industry standard. Since you have replaced it the phone is not working as it should.
