Hello IP , Have recently helped me get out of a contract that I had been mislead to sign up for. The help and support has been invaluable.They are available at a moments notice to help and assit me with any issues, either with the old company , or helping us with the new system that that have installed.The system works perfectly for us, we now have seperate extensions , making calling the correct person seamless. I've dealt with Pat and Oliver on numerous occasions and they help us through day to day activities on the dialler and always on hand to provide support if anything needs to be done. Best dialler support team, direct numbers and direct emails. recommended 100%

This company tried conning our company out of £6000. Very unprofessional service. 1 year down the line and still an on going issue. Thankfully solictors are on out side. However since its turned this way they will not answer any calls or emails.Please stay away from this company as the stress it can put on people is devastating and we hope noone else will ever have to deal with what we have. They are based in Southampton and will be shut down soon.

The lead Consultant Liam, the Engineer Oliver and his team, all have been so helpful, professional and pleasant and they seem to go out of their way to help with any issues.
