Hackbridge Barbers

This barbershop should never go near mix race hair. They have zero care during hair cut and due to their lack of speaking proper English theydon't follow instructions.We asked for fade and and they cut his hair so bad, he didn't line up the back and decided to shave the front of his hair all the way back and making sure is uneven and was rough as he cut his hair. I would recommend the barber with carly palm find another perofson maybe in curling hair Not cutting them and to rub salt in the barber claimed a mix race hair is afro hair.I would not recommend this barbershop for young man as they have zero clue about hair types or styles and how rough and careless they are please be careful if your taking children to this barbershop or should I say lawn mowers. from this horrible experience we now happy to go to Wallington with actual perofson hair cutters.

I had an excellent experience with my haircut and shaving too, even a nice hair wash, the guy who works there was professional, polite and gave me a good Service, also the Salon is very clean and tidy as well which I felt comfortable and relaxed.

Absolutely butchered my son's hair on Friday. It was so bad that Tandem Barbers fixed it for free and had to change the side of his parting as otherwise it could not be rescued. *My son is 10 and sits very still in the barbers.

This is now my regular barbers since moving to NMQ, the staff is very friendly and always excellent customer service. I could not recommend them enough. The barber shop is very modern and they have amazing opening hours. I always pop up after work and they are always open. I haven’t tried the other services like the hot towel but they seem to be very popular with other customers.

This is a reply for the Hackbridge Barbers Owner message.You’re right, I’ve known you for some time and I always had you as a hardworking and reasonable person. I’m sorry to hear you feel this way about a client’s request.Yesterday, I kindly requested the barber to simply brush off the trimmers as they were full of hair from the previous client. I consider this to be a basic hygiene practice rather than a unique need.I understand that disinfecting all the tools may not be practical for every customer, but a quick brush off of the trimmers takes only 3-4 seconds and ensures basic cleanliness. I was shocked when the barber told me they do not have time to clean the trimmers for every new customer. You were there when he said it.He’s not the first barber from your Barber Shop I asked to clean/ brush off his tools. You guys see it as being a unique need… that’s crazy.As a barber, I believe, it’s your responsibility to clean your tools with every new client and is also required by law.I wish you all the best and I hope you will be addressing this issue to ensure customers have a better experience.

Love this place! I am very critical of most barber shops as a haircut to me is of prime importance but Barock (hope I got the name right) is fantastic and very nice. His cousin was fear too I could see.!You get the exact haircut you had imagined and he will check with you throughout the cut if it’s lookin aright and if you wanted any further customization. Love this place & I highly recommend this place.

Went here for the first time and had a great experience! Amazing customer service and wonderful haircut by Buwar the barber! Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional haircut!

excellent cut for our wriggly 16month old with very curly hair. So patient with him and gave a great cut!
