Cotteswold House Dental Care

I have only been a few times to Cotteswold House now and each time I have come away very satisfied with the treatment given. Reception staff are pleasant and polite and will answer any questions that you may have. Lynsey the dentist is very professional in her approach to her work. She is very reassuring and puts you at ease instantly. Any concerns are always answered. A treatment plan is put in place for the patient benefit. Overall I'm very pleased with Cotteswold House Dental Care.

I am so happy with my experience at Cotteswold House dental care! I have just finished seeing Dr Addison for Invisilign treatment, and I could not recommend the practice and the treatment enough! It has suprised me how quickly I started to notice a huge change in the appearance of my teeth, within a couple of months I was receiving compliments which has massively boosted my confidence to smile. As well, the practice has such a professional and welcoming atmosphere, and the whole team have been so accommodating about appointments as I work shifts. The whitening treatment was also included which has completely transformed my smile. Thank you to the team at Cotteswold House Dental care, and especially Rachel. I have now been here 3 times in quick succession and every time I was bowled over by the care and treatment received. I suffer with high anxiety and have a negligible pain threshold, to the point where my behaviour embarrasses even me.However Matthew was so, so patient, continued to smile (despite threatening him with the possibility of a reactive punch each visit), tolerated my fear and adapted his approach accordingly, explained everything so I understood, saited my curiosity and was generally an incredibly nice person.I want to add, that not once did I actually feel any pain.I’ve just had an extraction and was utterly petrified, but left wanting to hug him and was beaming when I left.I cannot rate this dentist enough to do him the credit he deserves, accompanied by the team of nurses (?) who assist who are also very kind and incredibly smiley whilst having to try and decipher my numb mouth speech that really does not resemble any kind of language at all.THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH.

My visit to Lynsay at Cotteswold House Dental practice was the most comfortable and professional visit to a dentist in my entire life. Apart from getting the desired cosmetic results, her and her assistant Helen made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout. My bite felt stronger almost instantly and I am actually looking forward to my follow up appointments!Finally I am on the way to that perfect smile we all desire.The option of a Saturday appointment is also an absolute bonus for us weekday workers. After being terrified of dentists for years I went to these they were fantastic i was painless through out my treatment and can honestly recommend this is the place to go thank you to lynsey and to the hygienist for making me relax when I was so nervous

Let me start by taking you back to 2019, I needed a new dentist, but due to previous experiences, I was a pretty (extremely) nervous patient.After ringing around a few NHS dentists to be told they were not taking on new patients, I decided that maybe it was time to bite the bullet and start paying privately.Luckily Cotteswold House Dental Care were on my radar as I would drive past most days.I rang them, explained how anxious I was as a patient, and they suggested I quickly visit and have a chat. I did just that within the hour, nothing like grabbing the bull by the horns hey?!I walked in with a full on sweat and shaking. Immediately they were super friendly, professional, and helped put my mind at ease.We made an initial appointment with Jess Pascoe, in which I was probably a real pain. Super nervous, anxious, didn’t like to go too far back in the chair, you name it, I was probably a horror in every way ha-ha.Fast forward 4 years and I have just had two, two-hour appointments for 4 brand new crowns and a whole new smile.I have zero doubt that I would not be able to walk into a dentist’s clinic without breaking into a sweat if it weren’t for the amazing team at CH. From the reception team to the dentists, to the hygienists, everyone is fantastic.After years of hiding my teeth, I now have new teeth, a new smile and new confidence.I would not hesitate to recommend Cotteswold House Dental Care and especially Jess Pascoe to anyone.Thank you so much all.

Very friendly practice, the receptionist I've seen a few times (Scarlet) always greets me with a big smile and is really helpful. The dentists and the dental nurses are all great at putting you at ease and they are very gentle - it's the first dentist I've left without more pain than I walked in there with.If you're someone who finds the dentist a daunting place to visit, I'd highly recommend coming here. Oh, and when you do, get on the annual plan - it's a steal!
