Manageress was Rude and Arrogant with no reasoning lied and made it up as she spoke.I bought an Electric Melt Lamp £30.00. I took it home and on opening that afternoon I noticed it was damaged so I returned it to the shop the following day expecting to have an exchange but I was shocked to be promptly and rudely told by the manageress that there was nothing she could do and accused me of breaking it. She said that all stock is checked when it arrives at the store and it was fine and then she said that she seen the young shop assistant check it before she give it to me which was a complete lie
