We were one of the first customers when Sue opened the groomers and have been loyal customers for years. However, despite that, we've just been ambushed with an almost doubling in the price we pay for our three dogs - 24 hours before their appointment (by text message!). When I tried to discuss this with them, my concerns were completely dismissed with a good luck finding your new groomer".I'm not sure what's happening

I have been using Exclusively Paws for many year's now and we always receive a very warm welcome plus completely trust their care of my dog(s) (sadly we lost our dear Cavi in May this year and she loved her pamper there) They are true professionals who listen to how you'd like your pet groomed and it's clear they love their jobs. Throughout this strange year due to Covid-19 they have worked tirelessly often fitting pets in resulting in long hours for them. I just can't praise them enough as they are all fantastic. Liza is a very experienced groomer and knows how to calm the dogs in her care and get them clean and fluffy.

I take my dog here to be groomed every 5 to 6 weeks and have done for many years now. Cassie always does a great job.

Lisa is a fantastic groomer. I used to be a Groomer many years ago but had to stop due to illness, I wouldn't take my dogs to anyone else. They actually get so excited when they are going there so it makes me at ease leaving them. They smell amazing and look amazing too. She deserves 10 stars. <3
