Took out property insurance, towards the renewal date they started asking questions about the building materials used in the construction of my property only which the building contractor who originally built the property would have known, I couldn't answer so they voided my policy and left me without insurance.Stay away from this company.

This is the 3rd year in a row I have used Premierline for my work insurance.They always find me such competitive prices tha for me-a small business owner-I really could not afford the prices that I found when I looked myself ! I was fast giving up hope, especially after having no work for 7 weeks because of COVID-19. So it was a huge relief to find a policy I could afford. Soon work will start to pour in and I’m now ready for it thanks to Premierline. So thank you!

Happy with transaction at time of taking out policy. Very disappointed that despite many telephone calls repeating request for policy to be sent by post and assurances that it would this never happened. Explained I have no access to a printer many times. Poor.

Getting a quote for business insurance is like pulling teeth. I’m not a surveyor. I want contents insurance and public liability insurance. They want to know all the materials used in the construction of the building my shop is in and what percentage is flat roof, and what that is made of.I’ve absolutely no idea!!I’m now uninsured

Really poor service. The agent didn't leave any notes on the system which meant none of their colleagues could track the progress of the query when they were out of the office. Ended up spending a week chasing and no luck. Poor systems, communication and ultimately no solution.
