My appointment was forgotten last year and it was January by the time my appliances were cleaned.My appointments were cancelled twice this time and then an operator arrived at 8.25am last week despite my appointment was a pm one .My appliances finally got cleaned yesterday afternoon.I have not renewed my contract

Tom turned up promptly, was friendly and completed the job efficiently and cleared up after he’d finished The two ovens are sparkling and look like new I am so pleased and highly recommend him

Hi thanks for completing a clean on my oven Saturday, I would never complain, but now you have sent this survey out I feel it only right to feedback. I was given a two hour slot which I waited in for. The representative was very pleasant but arrived 20 minutes late. I made two phone calls to the office, but had no response. Let me stress the representative was very pleasant. The clean was not as good as I expected though, and the top of the oven where the gas rings are were not even touched /cleaned. Once the clean was paid for, which I would class as average. There was mess left on the floor and wire wool bits that I had to clean up. I also found cleaning kitchen roll that had been used in my washing machine. Though the rep was pleasant and friendly the service as a package was not really what I expected. This feedback is not meant as a complaint in any way, and I thank you for your company’s visit. I just want to give some constructive feedback. Thanks again Richard.

We asked for help with timing. The operative in the office couldn’t be more helpful and the oven cleaner kept exactly to time. The work quality is excellent. See pictures.

'Technician' damaged my solid oak worktop. Complaint raised on 14 Nov, manager initially returned call on 15 Nov but been ignored for past 3 weeks. Preparing for small claims court.

Second year of having my oven cleaned and very happy! Good value and great results, the oven never looked cleaner, not sure how they get it so clean but I wouldn't be able to with the products available in the shops so let the professionals do it!

Had my oven cleaned today and I'm so impressed with the results it looks like a new oven. The lad who cleaned it was friendly and efficient it was done within an hour. Fantastic service and great value for money. Thank you will definitely use again and recommend *****

The technicians provided a great service. They arrived on time, and explained clearly what they were going to do. The oven looks like new, and they managed to remove the washing machine filter which we hadn't been able to do for too long. They left the place clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend their services.

I feel like I’ve got a new oven. The young lady who cleaned my oven was incredibly thorough. A very messy job, but was methodical and kept my kitchen clean. I will find out her name and hopefully request her again next year.
