Went to this vet as I was concerned for my 6 months puppy licking his paws and scratching himself a lot , got there waited for a few minutes , vet called us and I tried to explain what was happening and ask him some questions as is my first time having a puppy here.All the time it looked like he was rushing , answering all so quick, I didn’t felt like I could really trust of what he was saying (even if he was right) just because the way he was acting.Anyway he answered all my questions, did some medication and vaccine, went to pay the bill and I saw myself really surprised for how much all cost. I should’ve have checked before, my mistakeUnfortunately, even after the appointment, I'm still worried about my puppy.I didn’t felt welcomed or comfortable there . I Hope everyone else had/has a better experience than me :/

My dog had an eye conjunctivitis. The doctor prescribed antibiotics but it didn't healed. When I called them back I asked that the doctor give me a call consultation. I waited for a while, the vet didn't called me. I called again and they said the doctor is in the surgery and he will give me a call back when he will be free. Apparently since Friday, today is Tuesday, he didn't get out from the surgery. For £180 consultation and prescription I can't have a second phone"consultation while the previous treatment didn't work."

I recently had an extremely distressing experience at this vet. My cat, was in perfect health when I brought her in for a routine neutering procedure, but she tragically passed away after being treated by the staff at this clinic. Things took a turn for the worse during the neutering procedure. Shockingly, the vet sutured the ureter instead of performing the spaying procedure correctly. This horrifying mistake resulted in unimaginable pain and suffering for my cat. My cat was in intense pain couldn’t walk or eat, had a complete blockage of the urine flow which lead to kidney damage and increased pain.Negligence in treatment, and absence of accountability make this establishment one that should be avoided at all costs during our pets' time of need. Losing my cat under their care was a traumatic experience that I wouldn't wish on anyoneSuch errors must not be tolerated and no pet should have to pay the price for a vet's incompetence. I strongly believe the vet's license should be taken away. Their actions have shown a clear disregard for the ethical and professional standards that should guide the practice of veterinary medicine. I hope that by sharing this experience and calling for the revocation of the veterinarian's license, I can prevent future tragedies.

Rude receptionist. Tried to book an appointment but instead she was questioning me on why I hadn’t brought my pet in for a while and whether I’d been to another vet. I said yes and she replied with “well we are not taking on any new clients”If my pet is healthy surely that explains why I haven’t needed to bring him in?!

Incredibly insincere organisation. “Professionals” do NOT know what they are doing and show a lot of lack in knowledge resulting to unnecessary surgery not regarding my dogs problems and hundreds of pounds being spent for a completely wrong diagnosis. The receptionist are also very dismissing and inconsiderate, they try do a nothing for you to not be on the phone with them. I took my dog to this vet for his problem I explained my problems thoroughly and without having spent 10 minutes in consultation he told me to go ahead with surgery. Didn’t offer any other alternatives. Once the surgery was done no improvement was seen, I then contacted the vet to explain this and then they told me that my dog will have to go down another route but this should’ve been given to me as an alternative before surgery. Very inconsiderate and they seem like they don’t know what they’re doing.

Negligent vets especially at the hendon branch.The receptionist is rude as well.The vet nurses don't seem to care about animals.Misdiagnosed my kitten and now he has passed away.Stay away!

Vaccination service: Hope you get the nice helpful receptionist who will be able to print off your invoice which actually has a lot of details and information, otherwise you will need to request it and check the medication you pay for, she may forget that too as well as printing the sticker for your vaccination card. Luckily the nice one will be more than happy to complete this for you,Spay service: waited for the nice receptionist but an information sheet after surgery would be helpfulAnd the pain medication is very expensive and needs to be a more reasonable price.Finished with them now. But thank you for the lovely staff, Blonde, European lady and Black lady with glasses are extremely professional.

P.S. This is what a person gets when he tries to save his pet. And whose fault the disease reaches a critical point to the point where the hospital offers euthanasia. Because the doctor who examined our pet did not understand his job. What trust are we talking about? We lost confidence as soon as we found out what was wrong with him. I, not being a doctor, knew that fluid was collecting in the abdomen - not a ball of hair. But I trusted the doctor" - I was wrong and I very much regret the choice of practice. And you are not driving us out of your clinic - we have been redirected to another before your decision. god bless your patients with such doctors. A pity for the nice base and location. But she does not save or cure pets. I wish you success.and apparently this letter is from the mysterious Manager-whom the employees are chasing tooth and nail.the clinic is clean. but only so far. The staff is rude and incompetent - they keep their names to themselves in case someone complains about them. no receptionist name badge. They only go for a vaccine and that's it. If it comes to treatment - just say goodbye to your pet. They will tire him because they don't understand anything. And the attention is there. Just to take the money.
