Schuller Kitchens

Took 14 months (and four tries) to wrongly measure a cabinet. Didnt respond to emails and messages. Best avoid.

Took the money and ran, wouldn't answer the phone or email back. All the staff have left 5 star reviews otherwise they wouldn't look so good. Never finished my kitchen. Honestly awful. Please don't get involved with these people.

We have had a new kitchen a few months ago and found German Kitchens great to deal with. James and Shane were very professional but at the same time they were patient and accommodating. The kitchen itself is of such high quality and the fitters were brilliant. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending German Kitchens.

Firstly I had a quote from a different company and I started to shop around, I came across German Kitchens (LDK) when speaking to these guys the experience from start to finish was world class. They really have passion for their work, they came out to my house, completed measurements, booked an appointment to make final amendments and finally delivered the kitchen as scheduled. The fitter (Phil) arrived and followed the protocol and installed the kitchen to perfection as discussed as per design. The kitchen really brings my house to life. They installed Schuller Next125 which is high quality in German range and exceeded all of my expectations. They delivered on their promises and beyond.Their after service was consistent when called upon. I can not fault LDK. I highly recommend them over any kitchen company and recommended family and friends since who also had similar experiences.

I had a new Schuller Kitchen fitted in March 2021. I was quite particular with my specifications as I wanted to keep my existing granite worktops but replace all the units.The quality of the kitchen is first rate as was the expertise of the fitters.I’d have no hesitation in recommending Schuller Cheadle to anyone.Dr J

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shane Swift, the owner, is a crook and I do not say that lightly. He has stolen money from us and left us with an unfinished kitchen. We have had to go to the company he's licensed to sell Schuller through in order to finish our kitchen, paying twice for things we've already paid for. Having spoken to the staff there we've found out we're not the only ones who are having to do this.Multiple elements of the kitchen are completely wrong and Shane even ordered whole (expensive) units that we never agreed to, costing us money we could not afford to spare.We had to chase him for weeks, sometimes months, on end via email, messages and phone calls and the only time he actually answered was because we had gone through the bank to get our money back.Please search Shane Swift on companies house and see how many 'German Kitchen' companies he's had and then dissolved. He starts companies, rips people off, shutters them, and then starts again. He operates what are called phoenix companies. Not only can we not get through to Shane, the company stopped answering the office phone too, and it now appears that the company has ANOTHER new name on its website.In addition to being left with an unfinished kitchen, when we went for our initial appointment, a member of staff called James made out it was his company and asked us to pay our deposit in cash so he could pay his" staff for "his" new showroom. We didn't do it thankfully because I have no doubt we'd never have seen that money again.Please pay attention to the negative reviews listed here and do not deal with this company."

Despite the covid crisis which meant the start of our project happened at the beginning of the 1st lock down we are delighted with our new kitchen. We were kept updated and the service we received from James and Shane was excellent. The fitting by Phil went without a hitch was completed in record time! All in a good experience and one we are happy to recommend.all a good experience and a comp
