Went into the shop to get some advice on quitting smoking, the staff (i think his name was michael? he had grey hair!) gave me such good advice on all my options, feel a lot more confident now!

Guys in the shop are great, always friendly and helpful. Michael helped me out with getting a new flavour that was also on offer and told me about using my points, so saved me a bit of money, thanks :) !

Went into store for oils and was enquiring about a new pen vape, Micheal was an absolute star and very helpful & knowledgeable. Also informed me I had accumulated £25 on points that I didn’t know so took that off my purchase, fantastic customer service and very polite and helpful .

Went in to the Cambuslang store today for oils, and ended up buying a new vape too, Tash and Joe were lovely and spent loads of time talking me through how to fill the vape and how long to charge it.

Staff are great very friendly i dont have to ask for my items as tash knows exactly what im in for and all staff are very knowledgeable about products i ask about shop is very clean and tidy and all products are visible to see 100%

Had to call the shop as i had made an online delivery and messed up.Joe took me through everything and was so understanding and patient. He should have left as it was past his work hour's but he was a star. Problems solved.If i could give him a 10 star review i would .. now that's what i call customer service x
