Lovely lady didn't get her name did my hair today, cut and blow. Not usually happy when I leave a hairdressers but absolutely made up!!!

My grandson Adam has just had a perm and hes made up with it brilliant John and Debbie thanks very much

Excellent people could not fault but need to understand more what the client really needs doing not just happy chappy cutting away

Absolutely horrified with my hair. Asked for a fringe it was all different lengths asked for layers and feathering and one side of my hair looks like its been hacked the other doesn't even look like its been done. Repeatedly told the hairdresser what i wanted eventually i gave up. Will have to wait till it grows out or get a pixie cut to fix this mess.

As soon as I sat down and noticed the sheer amount of hair on the floor and on the shelving I should have left. Stupidly, I didn't. The woman that did my hair was awful- she did not show me a colour chart, was not friendly, told me to brush my own hair as it had knots in (it really wasn't that bad!). As if that wasn't bad enough after putting some foils in (completely missing out the back section of my hair) she shouted over my head that she was going to the shop, upon her return she munched away at her food and eventually sauntered over to my hair- when she checked she seemed shocked to see that they had 'taken very quickly' and suggested that 'I get over to the basin fast, before it gets any lighter!'.After my visit my head is sore from her yanking at my hair constantly, my colour is uneven and dull and I would not return if you paid me. Very unprofessional, I am really disappointed that I wasted my money here.

Been going for 20 years. John is the best hairdresser yet. Always come out of the shop smiling. Very pleasant experience, brightens up my day. John really does his best to help everyone, kind hearted and looks after everyone. Thank you.

Nice place. Fun vibe. Hair always looks good when done.IF anyone is not satisfied say something at the time.
