Great customer service. My aged petrol mower went in for service but after an extensive investigation Banks determined that it was beyond economic repair. The blow was softened by good advice from Rob who was able to give me a good deal on a suitable replacement.

This is the Fortnum and Mason of Garden Machinery. The kit they have is the best.And they really know their stuff.I needed a new blade for a 23 year old mower, the manufacturer said it was not available. 6 minutes later a new part is ordered for £12! I would have paid £112!!great peoplewonderful servicegood value

Went to purchase new mower. Lots of choice and spares etc. Good range of other tools. Staff knowledgable but at the same time were very rude and not just to me. Shame really.

Family run business and the set up is very good and needs catered for within the Industry on hand.Very helpful and if not in shop will order in as they did for myself do able to get my equipment serviced.
