Absolutely cannot fault their service. They came out to measure quickly and in the showroom were very helpful in finding carpets and LVT suitable for our budget, but also that would withstand a busy household. Fitting of both carpet and LVT floor was outstanding. All the guys were polite, friendly and they were so neat and tidy aswell! Definitely recommend!

Would recommend this family business without hesitation. From beginning to end, everyones assistance and professionalism has been fabulous. Intentions were to have three rooms re-carpeted, yet were so pleased we had the rest of the house done.

A really fantastic little business, having visited the showroom Angel was very helpful offering advice on the different types of carpet and underlay, and the prices were very reasonable. Ordered, measured up and fitted within a few days and the new carpet looks absolutely fabulous, very happy. Great customer service and very friendly, definitely recommend especially if you're local to Colchester and want to support small local companies rather than the big carpet warehouses where the service and price are nowhere near as good.

Lovely people, friendly professional and honest. Came really fast when I needed them, very pleasant owner, shop managers and installers. Such a contrast to other businesses !

Pro's :I brought LVT flooring from this Shop, the service at the time was great and items were ready for pick up on time.Con's:I brought designer strips with my flooring which I provided my measurements to the lady who contacted their Supplier to question how many pack of designer strips I would need for the measurements provided. They suggested 2 packs so I paid for that.When flooring was laid and finished I had an unopened pack of strips left over, I contacted this store and was basically refused a refund bearing in mind I didn't ask for 2 packs, this was suggested to me.I find this shocking as never had this kind of issue with any other purchase I've made elsewhere, I could understand if I had asked for 2 packs and got it wrong but this wasn't the case.Also the flooring has marks that are not part of the design, I'm not impressed in the slightest with the aftercare customer service from this Company and won't be using them again.I would love to be able to add pictures but you don't get that option when leaving a review
