100% recommend. First meeting was to talk through options and get a quote. Ryan really knows his stuff and trusted his advice on which charger to go for. We had so many questions but all were answered and talked through. He also advised us on upgrading our meter tails for free. Received quote on time. Did get other quotes but Ryan was definitely more professional than others. We needed it done quickly so we were eligible for the government grant and again EV connect ensured this was possible. Ryan fitted the charger which was some distance from the mains but his work was really neat and all cabling nicely hidden. There was a lot of drilling but all was tidied and left as found. Ryan was very knowledgeable and friendly during his initial visit to assess the install requirements. Arrived within the agreed time for the install and carried out the work to a high and tidy standard.Updated: The aftercare provided by Ryan has been second to none. Our car was not charging at the rate it should have been. Ryan offered helpful troubleshooting advise, which then lead to him speaking to the charger manufacturer on our behalf and sourcing/replacing a faulty part.

Ryan was great. We messed him about a bit as we changed our mind about where to place the unit but he was as good as gold. Everything is clean and tidy neat and straight. Ryan talked me through the use, checked it worked how I wanted and set up the app with me. I would recommend this company to anyone!
