If you like being ignored then waiting an age thisIs the place to take your prescription.

A small sized Boots in quite a popular shopping area in Beaumont Leys, it has almost everything you need from a pharmacy / beauty shop / seasonal gift shop, does have lots of offers on different products. It has a consultation room, a proper scale and advices for different conditions.The shop doesn’t look bright and always takes a long time at the tills.Good and not as good staff on duty, depends on your luck, and I think it’s pretty unfair as a customer to be treated differently.Lots of free parking spaces as it’s in the shopping centre, disabled and children/parents parking spaces available, time limit apply.

Great place to buy makeup and beauty products. There is a push button disabled access door to enter if required. The aisles are a little narrow and a wheelchair user may struggle to get around. Staff are pleasant but in short supply. Often a wait to get served.

Bad service, and also when you ring them, you can hardly get through to them.

The staff is very nice and friendly.

Nipped in for some advice, spoke to a pharmacist, who showed me to a private room. Had a quick chat,recommended some over the counter medicine. All sorted. Many thanks.

A good place although sad they reduced the number of staff they have as you ou to get brilliant service

I am disabled and got a lift today for my flue jab booked for 11.20, waited in the queue only to be told you will have to re-book as we dont have any injections. I asked why couldnt you ring and tell me not to come but she said she is too busy. Dreadful service yet it used to be so good

Awful shop. I’ve had to switch to a new pharmacy as this Boots is never open to collect my prescriptions. Went in today to collect a prescription and there were 2 other people in the shop waiting at the till. The assistant did not acknowledge any of us for 10 minutes. Even then, she only told the other ladies that someone would be with them in a moment, she continued to ignore us, despite being less than 3 metres away. After 20 minutes waiting, we were served, only to be told that they couldn’t dispense the prescription. The assistant was rude and disinterested and asked for my daughters NHS number. Something that shouldn’t be requested in public. She really didn’t know what she was doing.
