Two weeks ciatica and enough was enough, Pam took me in, laser treatment and deep massage, faultless, professional, and put my GP and local physios to shame!!!!Came away with 3 extra stretching routines to do, and feel better already 1 HR later!Well done to Pam and her team!

I saw Pam who was excellent. After having middle back pain for 3 months i went for a massage and was shocked that after one session the pain completely disappeared. Its been 4 days now pain free which is just amazing. Thank you Pam and S&T.

Pam is a great masseuse - extremely professional.She accidentally overbooked ( is always very busy ) yet she tried her her as best to fit me in , missed her lunch and still do a great job at the massage and even offered me a discounted price for the mixup !Highly recommend for not only the service but great professional ethics !

I’ve had quite a few sports massage’s and Pam comes out on top by far! She’s absolutely lovely and genuinely cares. The laser treatment is great and you can feel it while it is working, and Pam’s trigger point technique is amazing. Definitely recommend and will be definitely going back for any other issues I have.

I highly recommend this place. Pam was the masseuse i had, she is the owner. I went for the laser treatment and a back and neck and shoulder massage. One thing I can say is you can actually feel all the knots be kneaded out of you. You will leave there feel8ng absolutely revitalised.

Had a massage with Linley, would highly recommended, polite professional, knew what she was doing, asked several times if she was being to hard. Wanted the full experience, will take a day or two to recover, really enjoyed it, will definitely be back. Great job

Have been suffering chronic headaches for 2 months, noticed this clinic when I was on Welford Road and popped in to see if they could help.Booked an appointment with Pam and so glad I did. Had an hour long appointment, started with ultrasound on the neck and shoulders, then trigger point massage and finished with Swedish massage. Pam also gave me some stretches to do twice a day.Since the treatment, my headaches have subsided, my neck and shoulders feel less tense and I've slept really well. Thank you Pam!She also picked up that I was having trouble with my lower back and my rib cage during the treatment, I was astonished about the rib pain as I've been struggling with this for years with no answers from doctor. Pam asked me if I had an old injury there and it clicked... I came off my bike several years ago and hit the road really hard. I've now booked in for a further treatment for the ribcage and lower back.Only regret is that I didn't discover this clinic sooner!
