Very rude reception no responsible for any thing about patient , so rude

Brilliant doctor and excellent team. I’ve been with the surgery for about 20 years and they’ve always been wonderful. Never had a problem, they’ve gone above an beyond in more than one occasion for me. Would recommend without question.

Not a great service, Dr Hamdani made me feel very uncomfortable, I burst into tears as soon as I walked through the door and he turned his chair around and ignored me to “give me some time” then prescribed me the wrong medication so I returned to see Dr Khan and I felt she just wanted to give me anti- D’s and get on with her day - did not feel heard or looked after, on the other hand Nicola the nurse was absolutely amazing.

I would like to say Dr Hamdani is an amazing doctor and goes above and beyond to help he's been mine and my familys doctors for years he has 5 generations of us at the doctors and everyone one of us he has helped in every way he can I'd like to say a big thank to Dr Hamdani who I no is a very busy man and as for the reception staff very polite respectful and also go out there way to help in anyway they can so a big thank to them also

If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would.. Appalling service from this doctor.. Uncaring, disinterested, took him a week to submit the death certificate to the registrar for the recent death of my dear dad.. We could not plan the funeral which was adding to our distress.. Took many calls from myself and the funeral director before it was done. Told by the receptionist that he was very busy and had lots of things to do..An absolute disgrace when a family is grieving.. Found out from speaking to others that this doctor is notoriously slow in forwarding the death certificates. If it was my religion that my father needed burying quickly what would have happened.? There's no excuse for this, no matter how busy.. Its a 5 minute job. Shame on you.

I stayed with the surgery when Dr Hamdani took over & happy that I did. Receptionists are very helpful & Dr Hamdani is very approachable & listens. Also thank you to the nurses who do a great job as well, especially in these difficult times. Credit where credits due. Thank you.

This doctor goes about and beyond what you would expect, totally professional and could not expect a better service from anyone. The receptionists are just as good as is all the staff.

I have lived in so many places in the UK. I found receptionists are rude, no appointments for weeks. But this surgery is the best surgery I have ever experienced. Receptionists are cool and welcoming. Doctors are so good. Even the people in the adjacent pharmacy are so nice. I feel really lucky.Thanks a lot everyone

Excellent surgery dr Hamdani and his team are very helpful you can get same day appointment almost all of the time unlike our previous surgery which a very large one but getting an appointment was a nightmare would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of registering here

The ladies on reception are lovely and always pleasant. They always do their best to help you as much as they are able. Dr Hamdani is very pleasant.
