West Yorkshire Physiotherapy Centre

I went to West Yorkshire Physiotherapy Centre with a pain in my thigh in November 2020. After 3 months of treatments and £2000 in fees, I now need major hip and shoulder surgery because of the brutal treatment I received. It has destroyed my physical and mental well-being. When I complained, they told me to contact their insurance company!!!

The first appointment I had at West Yorkshire Physio (March 2023) was a very thorough assessment of my knee. I could not walk properly at this time and Laura provided treatment to ease the pain and also to improve the function of the knee. Exercises recommended to improve the strength and flexibility of the leg muscles were very effective and, within two sessions, I was able to walk again.Laura clearly explained the treatment I was given and subsequently devised a treatment plan that improved my mobility very effectively, showing me which areas to work on for long term benefit.Her approach is very positive, she listens carefully and inspires confidence. The appointment time was used very well. I have now recovered full use of the knee following Laura’s care.Treatment with West Yorkshire Physiotherapy Centre has been a very positive and valuable experience and I have recommended the Centre and the staff there to others.

After weeks of pain after shifting a single bed to the tip...booked in with Rosie,,,she explained what had been pulled in my back .... days later I fell in the garden ... the pain ... well if she had told me I needed to be shot...I would have agreed ! Anyway ..after following the exercise plan and some deep massage for a month am now pain free !! I will never be up to doing cartwheels ....but I am 73.. so who would want to ! Cannot recommend her treatment high enough.

Very highly recommend. Used previously a year or two ago for a severe neck problem which the NHS could not treat. Sorted in a month or so. Being treated again for a trapped nerve currently. Very thorough and careful treatment + excellent advice.

A very poor experience this time after going here for many years. My back locked up while bending down to pick up something off the floor. This has happened in the passed and I have visited a Physiotherapist who through manipulation has freed my back successfully. I was pleased to have got a cancellation so my appointment was the day after I called. Unfortunately the person allocated to treat me was a new employee undergoing training with the owner. My treatment was basically having a massage gun worked around the sore part of my back. This did not help and after 50 mins my back was still in pain and locked. After going to see the owner the trainee attempted to free my back. There was a bit of movement but because it was the end of my one hour it was to late to apply effective treatment. I basically paid £74 to have someone use a massage machine on my back. I am still in pain and my back is still locked. Because of my recent experience I will not be going back to West Yorkshire Physiotherapy.

I went here for my sciatic issue. I’d been off work for 6 weeks and under my GP for treatment. They had me back in work after 2 sessions. I could not give them high enough praise and would recommend giving them a call.

Had walking problems for the last 12 months this has led to a painful hip. I saw Janine she was very understanding professional and knowledgeable. After one session my hip is very much improved. I would highly recommend. Thank you
