CEO has no idea what is really going on under his nose, he ought to get it stuck in there and find out what is really going on!High staff turnover no matter which contract they are on. Several have walked out recently or are fired, some of which not long after starting.They don't monitor workload effectively including the on site satellite offices, too much favouritism going on which damages staff relations, the way they manage individual staff is not good, no 1 to 1 with any of them which would be one way to give feedback or raise concerns!
