Great customer service from Anna today, when she was incredibly helpful in finding me an outfit for this evening. She took on board what I was looking for, made suggestion and found the ideal top in their stock room to go with the skirt I had chosen. Very happy. Beautiful clothes.

Absolutely loved shopping here, had fabulous customer service, went in for a special dress and came out with a outfit which I absolutely adore.

Honestly the best shopping experience ever - without paying for a personal shopper! Aaron was absolutely brilliant yesterday. Really knowledgable about the products, gave honest opinions and I really enjoyed every minute. Spent a fortune as this years collection so amazing - but worth every penny and thinking I won't go anywhere else. Fantastic - thank you Aaron!!

Nice and big clothing store with helpful and kind stuff!

We ordered some items online and collected them in store. My other half tried the items on. One she wanted to keep and the other she wished to return. Whilst trying on more clothes the sales assistant returned both items and then told us she couldn’t undo this, despite it being their fault. I would have to reorder the item again and hope it was still in stock. No one cared in store, I guess appalling customer service is an acceptable norm.I therefore reached out to customer services who basically said they are sorry there’s nothing they can do but here’s a 15% discount off your next full price order. Thanks but no thanks. I’m not shopping with you again.Companies like Reiss just don’t deserve to stay in business and I won’t be surprised when they go into administration.
