Excellent party for my 9 year old girl! We opted for the secret agent party and combined with the great venue, the children all had a great time. Aleks and her colleagues all provided EXCELLENT customer service. I have experienced many children's parties but by far Puddles provides the best experience for both children and parents. Thanks very much for a wonderful day!

Hired puddles for my kids party and we were nothing but impressed. I have no complaints at all. Kids were entertained. Aleks and her team were very helpful,polite and the party was very well organised. Days after and I'm still getting messages on how organised and great our party was. I will recommend puddles over and over again. Thank u so much for a great day.

Yesterday was a complete disappointment for our son's birthday.Everything we had discussed and expected did not happen.The venue was not accurately represented on the website.The venue was very shabby and messy looking.It was an old garden, that looked like an old garden centre. It was quite obvious no effort was made to decorate the venue properly for a birthday.All there was for decoration was an old flag line, there wasn't even a birthday ballon in sight.We expected the tables to be dressed up and well presented, in reality the tables had an old cloth thrown over them, nothing else.The entertainment was very basic and nothing special.During past birthdays we have hired a bouncy castle and children's entertainer for less than £300.The plates were old and non disposable, they were tacky and mismatched.The fruit was not refrigirated, it was warm and there was not enough.We had requested chicken sandwiches for the kids, and was told that a variety would be provided. All that had been provided was jam and a few ham sandwiches, no chicken.We did not request jam at all, we were happy to accept the variety of sandwiches.The reason why we asked for chicken is becuase this is eaten by everyone, not everyone eats ham/pork due to religious and cultural reasons, and there was no choice.The sandwiches were also hard, which means they must have been prepared and left out for a long time.Luckily we brought our own food for the adults. If we didn't bring our own food for the parents, the kids would have eaten nothing.Overall the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.Every year we throw successful birthday parties for our son, so we know the standard to be expected.We were very embarassed to bring our guests and their children to a venue like this.We expected:- the venue to be properly decorated for a children's birtbday party- better children's entertainment than playground games- diaposable plates and cups, colourful and appropriate for children- better quality and presentation of the foodThis was NOT value for money at all, we will not be leaving a positive review.

Puddles were brilliant, completely hassle free and very organised. Frankie was amazing – she didn't really need anything from us and setup by herself while we were franticly getting decorations up and food sorted. She came as a racing car driver and kept all the kids' attention - even the older ones! They loved the treasure hunt and tattoos, and all gave her a huge hug at the end. Thanks for helping to make my son's 4th birthday really special.

Entertainer was lifeless and not very engaging. She didnt even introduce herself to our child on arrival. Some of the guests commented that the entertainer was miserable. Communication with the owner was fantastic and she was very helpful hence the 3 stars.

I would like to say that everyone had a great time on our boy 7th Birthday Party and Frankie managed to keep the kids entertained (not an easy job). Communication with Aleks was amazing and met all our requirements. I would highly recommend Puddles Kids Parties to friends and family, too. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. All 25 children were thoroughly entertained throughout the party. Pass the parcel, variety of games , face paint , Pokémon GO and entertainment were all fantastic. I could not of asked for more and feel very proud of how the party turned out thanks to their entertainment. I am sure we will be using Puddles Kids party services again at future parties.

Had my sons 6th birthday and I can honestly say, it’s worth the money. The party from start to finish was amazing. The kids and most importantly my son had an amazing time.Booking agents, party host and entertainers were on point.Other parents even said how good it was.

A fantastic event - my daughter had a butterfly themed party on 17/09 everything went smoothly. The communication was amazing and excellent support. The party set up was beautiful, the entertainers were great and the host was so helpful and friendly. I was kept up to date with the plan for the day and the host kept updating me. Parents have said it was a lovely party and the children really enjoyed themselves, the weather was amazing and it was just perfect!!! A big thank you to the puddles team. Enchanting and Magical!!! Definitely recommend.

Puddles is a professional, delightful and joyful kids party company that have an extremely high standard when it comes to providing entertainment for children and making the birthday stress free. Could not recommend a better kids party company!

I used Puddles for my daughters birthday and they were excellent - organised, responsive, value for money. The ladies who we’re the superhero’s at the party were just that. they were excellent at keeping the kids entertained. Highly recommend this business and will use again.
