123 Clearance were not only competitively priced (always a consideration) they were excellent at time keeping, to the very minuteShaun and Bert set to work quickly, effectively and with the minimum of fuss.I really cannot rate them highly enough. I think It would be hard to find a more helpful (and philanthropic) pair.

A tenant left one of our rental properties full of furniture and rubbish. Living 7 hours away, I needed someone I could trust. Shaun was fantastic. Excellent communications, which was essential being so far away, Shaun went over and above and did the job in great time. I can highly recommend 123Clearance , from start to finish during a very emotional time clearing my father's house. Communication prompt and clear at all times , highly empathetic. The best house clearance firm I’ve ever used. We needed someone to clear a house my son had inherited, two hours’ drive from where we now live, and Shaun was the answer to our prayers. Prompt replies to emails, regular updates with photos, totally honest and trustworthy. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Shaun cleared my brother in law's house for us at very short notice. From the outset he did everything he could to make a really tough time easier for us. He even left a bag of sentimental photographs for me to collect, locked up and posted the key through the door. The house was immaculate when he'd finished.I cannot recommend 123 Clearance enough. Fantastic price, fantastic service.

Wow, Shaun and his team have restored my faith in contractors after having being let down by other companys.. They Arrived on time and worked solidly... NO stopping for tea breaks or smoke breaks every 5 mins.. The entire crew was polite and respectful to my better half, asking her and double checking with her before disposing of her late mothers personal items.brilliant team of guys... if i could they would get a 10 star review.And did i mention... the price was excellent.Thankyou GENTELMEN..Regards Paul
