Came to see girl group '4 of Diamonds' play a gig here and it was brilliant, they were a slick professional band with pop songs as good as any you'd hear on TV (really!!) and each could sing very well! Also the bar at the union looks great and is cheap as chips. Highly recommended :)

Went to the Club Academy to see Niko B. Was great to get so close to the artist, and very thankful for the free water at the end!

Went to the Academy club to see Secret Affair with two Top mates. Fantastic small Venue to see ya Bands. Although ya vieq ca be a little obscured with the Two large pillars , but you can deal with that. Nice large Bar so easy to get served & staffed well.Also a nice seating area at the back if you just want to relax with a drink & listen to the Music.

The staff were very friendly and approachable, there's lots of lovely merchandise, something for everyone.I bought a hoodie and a magnet, the hoodie been washed a few times and still looks great!
