I visited today Heal Oasis Ayurvedic Wellness centre for sirodhar therapy it was very good experience and Natalie is very good and she have good knowledge of Ayurveda I recommend to others they can go and get great service

I contacted Natalie for the Shirodhara treatment, and it was absolute heaven! Natalie was incredibly welcoming, knowleadgeable & professional and held the space for the treatment in such a calm and peaceful manner. The benefits of this treatment have been ongoing, and I will definitely be visiting Heal Oasis again. I highly recommend her for the Ayurvedic approach to healing.

I went for the Shirodhara therapy as I've been suffering from stress and have trouble getting a full night's sleep.I'd never had Ayurvedic treatments before so I admit I was a bit apprehensive. As soon as I met Natalie I knew I'd made a good decision, she made me feel at home straight away and it felt like chatting to an old friend.The foot and leg massage did exactly what Natalie said it would, I felt 'grounded' and fully relaxed,ready to experience the Shirodhara treatment.Within minutes of being under the flow of oil I was in a deep state of relaxation and think I did actually fall asleep!Before I had the treatment my mind felt foggy and heavy and I always have a tight feeling in my stomach, however I have to say that after this treatment my stomach felt comfortable and my mind just felt so much clearer! Got to say I also had THE best night's sleep that night.I'm booked in now for a course of treatments as I feel it will help me in my work as well as just generally becoming more relaxed.I'm very much looking forward to going back.. This was actually worth every penny.
