ATS Euromaster Bingham

What should have been a simple tyre change at the ATS Bingham branch unfortunately turned into a series of failures, dishonesty, and incompetence that left me with my car off the road and footing the bill to have ATS's work rectified somewhere I could trust.Not only was the Bingham branch dismissive and failed to uphold their promise to call me back and resolve an issue, but they also went to the extent of forging my signature. This, I assume, was an effort to hide the fact that they knowingly returned my vehicle to me in an unsafe condition without informing me before I left.I had hoped this was an isolated incident with the Bingham branch, but it seems to me that this culture is tolerated within the ATS company. From my experience, a formal complaint is acknowledged pending response and then never followed up (within their own defined time frame), without even an apology.I reached out a final time before writing this review and was again met with silence.It has saddened me to have experienced a company like ATS, fortunately there are numerous other car garages on the same road that I would recommend (including tyres).

Fantastic! Great service, & really friendly staff. Answered all my questions. 2 new tyres & it feels like a new car! Thoroughly recommended.

Very disappointed with the poor workmanship, attitude and customer service at the Bingham ATS. The garage were meant to replace a daylight light bulb that had blown, when I picked up the car they had left the old light bulb rolling around the light case and a new one in the socket!When I queried this issue with the garage their response was very defensive and dismissive, claiming that the bulb was already there (it was not). Rather than dealing with this situation in a professional manner, instead 3 male employees came out to my car to argue their case. This was very intimidating as a female customer and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately old stereotypes about garages undermining female customers is true for this branch.ATS are still refusing to rectify their issue. I would not recommend.

Very poor customer service. I couldn't get way from work on time and I was late for the appointment and they refused to do the job. If they were busy then fair enough but there were no customers being serviced, nobody waiting and they were doing nothing but sitting on their backsides. Never going back again

Was a Saviour.We had a flat tire half way through our journey early morning at around 2. This was the nearest shop and it was opened at 8:30. They were fully booked and I could actually see how busy they are. They have been receiving calls continuously and booking were done continuously. After explaining our situation. They said they'll try to help. Luckily some appointment got cancelled and they helped us immediately. It was hardly 15-20 mins work and the work done was really good. It's been two day for now and no issues with the repair. It costed us less than £40. Which was worth. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Unlike other stores, they allowed us to use the toilets as well. It was really nice gesture. We are so thankful to them. The only good thing happened to us that day.

Steve, Andy and the team run a great operation and deliver a first rate service. After fitting new discs and pads for me they were really helpful when a problem developed which they went to a lot of trouble to fix. Highly recommend them for mot, servicing, tyres & brakes.

Took my X3 in for a wheel balancing, they did a great job and only cost £7.50 per wheel. took care not to mark any alloys and properly torqued the nuts. Quick and efficient and good bunch of guys working there. Recommended.

4 days to replace 1 tyre … poor service. Different excuse every day. Very disappointing service.
