Sytner Accident Repair Centre

Dont like to single out a person but Phil butler is far too slow getting back to me about enquiries I made. For God's sake I am going to pay for what I need. I thought Sytner had a brilliant reputation for fast response and excellent customer service. I am afraid this is a very poor example at the Sytner body shop in Oldbury

Had to have some bodywork done because of careless drivers knocking mirrors off and a wheelchair user scraping the back bumper. The standard of repair was incredible, they polished it to showroom condition, and the staff are fantastic.Special call out for Fey. Lovely lady who really cares.big thumbs up guys

Definitely not the same service or customer service you use to get years ago. Going downhill fast. Issues not addressed yet they are happy to pass you that large invoice demanding their money. Car sits there all day not even being worked on yet. They don't care how this impacts you

**Updated - 05/08/2022 Oldbury Main dealership repaired the wheel arch free of charge**job number - 229708I'm writing this review because this is now the 2nd time one of my cars has been returned to me with either damage caused by the person working on the vehicle or car trim not being refitted as it should be. The first instance was eventually resolved where i was left a week without a car but enough is enough.The good -*Good comms when you are booked in, staff friendly enough, and work was completed when they said it would be.*Work completed and seems mechanically sound, video sent through of the car being inspected, etc.*mentioned to the staff i hadn't had the best experience previously but was assured allot of these were done and i had nothing to worry about.The bad -*Plastic wheel arch liner/cover now has a noticeable crack visible, water can now get behind the bumper to lights and sensors - wasn't present when the vehicle was dropped off.*Bumper tow eye cover was left loose and not fitted correctly*Sytner confirmed the bumper was not touched, upon further inspection another garage has shown me that the bumper is not clipped back into place in certain areas.Would i use them again? No i wouldn't and the only reason i gave them the benefit of the doubt was my original booking was with the Synger Oldbury and not the accident repair centre for a EGR recall.If you do have to take your car to them for recalls/bodywork etc make sure you have run a diagnostic on the car beforehand as evidence, sounds over the top but this saved me £500+ the first time round, take photos and check the car over fully when you collect the car!! Doesn't fill you with much confidence when you have to do the above just in case you need to prove you had no damage beforehand.I've provided pictures of the crack in the wheel arch lining, and this time round they do not want to know at all and state it was never touched, so this review may seem harsh but if you look after your vehicles and don't want the hassle, or incurring the cost to rectify the damage they have caused I'd look elsewhere when it comes to your car being looked after and returned in the same condition.

My vehicle has been with them over a week. I have heard nothing. I have had to call up and they have passed me to loads of different people. No one has a clue. I have no idea what is even wrong with the car, the cost how long it is going to take. Ive had a week off work and I cannot let my employer know when I will be back as I have no idea when my vehicle is going to be ready! Dreadful service. Really regretting taking it here. Never will I again.

Top quality service and clearly extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to explain and demonstrate the problem and present sensible options to fix. The work was completed as promised to a high standard. Thanks to Brendan and all of his team.

Can't speak about the work done by the mechanics, but the receptionist (50+) didn't look me in the eyes once, no thank you, no please; asked her to check about the car delay as I was waiting for 30 minutes already, no acknowledgement of my question, just dialed the phone and then relayed the message to me like a robot.Lady, don't care if I was there first thing at 08:00, if you didn't have your coffee it's not my fault. Learn politeness, respect and customer service. Or maybe it's because of my Transylvanian accent?

Went in for an estimate on my car, still awaiting quote, very good to get next day appointment no follow upRequested if accident claim team can deal with my non fault claim.Dash can footage given, rejected not enough evidence, shocking

Absolutely incredible service! I cannot recommend this place enough! They were so friendly, so helpful and polite. I only took my car in for a recall issue but they kept me up to date with everything they were doing with my car, checked it over for me, told me any issues and showed me where there could be potential issues with a video which brought me great comfort as I'm used to placed trying to rip me off with unnecessary work. They even cleaned my car for me which was a lovely offer on their part! They are just fantastic! Highly highly highly recommend this place!! I will definitely be taking my car there again for any work it needs doing in the future! Thankyou guys so much!!

Very difficult trying to get appointment.I phoned 4 times & only received one voicemail callback.Whenever you phone the main switchboard come back stating they're busy & will send email to department. Which is great for the company that their busy but not so good for a customer waiting 24 hours for a response.I've now booked car in with another dealership that answers the phone.
