I love this place.. All the equipment you could possibly need. Great staff that are plesant and you can ask them anything .Great cave classes for all abilities. Good facilities.

I like it because there are things to pick up and put down, that, if you do regularly you get to be able to pick up and put down heavier stuff......wash, rinse and repeatStaff are friendly too

Fantastic selection of weights and equipment and an amazing group of staff.never been gym in my life until this year and I haven't stopped yet so take what you want from that.
