Ridiculous! Didn't accept a medium sized UPS parcel. Says there is no space to keep it in the shop when clearly he could have moved a box around. Put a sign on your door for what size parcel you will take. Wasted my time and fuel for no reason.

Great local independent shop, offering a wide range of local produce, such as Tynemouth Coffee, Geordie Bangers and local craft ales. Very good opening times for a privately run business. Also a nice personal and pleasant customer service experience, which you will not find in chain outlets. The store offers a home delivery of newspapers (very rare now) along with parcel collections. 5 stars from me.

Useful range of items, limited selection but that's to be expected. Nice to see some fresh food items although it would be good if the samosas could be covered in a spray guard for hygiene purposes, especially with covid.

Says they are open to 17:30 online and dpd says 18:00,was there at 2 min past 5 and the place was shut! Needed to lick up my package urgently! Need to update ther opening times!

I was passing by here, and I called in, and I loved the produce, I got some flower comb honey from chain Bridge honey farm in Berwick upon Tweed, and I got some runny Doddington cheese, I was tempted to try the local fudge too. I will definitely be back, I used to call in here as a child with my mam, x

Returned parcel from this shop, they asked for tel no. to send receipt. Didnt get receipt, went back to shop was told they dont keep record of parcels. It did not turn up at its destination so think twice before using their services. Shocking customer service
