Chester Road West Post Office

Very disappointed with the staff at this post office, over the last couple of days I've been getting orders sent out. Large letters are to fit in letterboxs which perfectly fit through my letterbox only for the woman to not even attempt to try putting it through the plastic square measurement ruler. Instead she was like oh no postman wont try pushing it in the letterbox. I then asked to send a parcel via first class and for her to say I had to pay nearly £17 because she reckoned people dont receive parcels on a Saturday. Well what can I say 2 days in a row the woman wasnt helpful charged me a fortune in postage. She never even tried to help me. Aw and what do you know I pay £5.80 first class from the man at the front counter for my customer to have received her item TODAY 1 DAY AFTER I SENT IT. DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU MUST BUY MORE EXPENSIVE POSTAGE FOR A PERSON TO RECEIVE THE NEXT DAY.... RUBBISH!!!

Love my local Royal Mail delivery office. Friendly staff here and they offer post office services like package returns, cash deposits and have a good range of stationary available.

Old woman behind the counter at the Post Office got to be the most rude and horrible staff I have faced. Went off with a poor woman only because she was a foreigner and she couldn't defend herself calling her stupid hundreds of times. This is unacceptable.

I had an excellent Customer Service from STEVE today. He helped me sort my stuff accordingly.Even scrutinised the details as I made mistake the last time I send something. It made my day knowing staff like Steve has the helping nature to individuals like who are confused... Made my day! Thank you.

I went there to collect an Amazon Local Collect parcel. I provided a perfectly valid form of identification, accepted by all Post Offices across the country, which matched exactly the name on the parcel to collect. The staff refused to give it to me, because there was no address on the parcel. Of course, there is no address on the parcel, because it is an Amazon Local Collect parcel. That's why it's called 'local collect'. Otherwise, it would be delivered straight to my door. It is not only rude and unprofessional, but borderline illegal to withhold the parcel that I paid for, for no valid reason. They asked me to present the parcel's tracking number. The tracking number is for my use, not theirs and cannot be used as identification. Anyway, after I showed it to them, they gave me my parcel. The feeling I got from this experience was that the whole thing made them feel terribly important. At any rate, I will try not to use their services in the future.
