Andy has been a lifesaver with my lower back pain. He clearly explained the likely cause of my discomfort i.e. tight glutes and hamstrings and has been working with me over the past several weeks to alleviate my discomfort. I highly recommend Andy given his knowledge and caring approach.

I injured my back and called Andy for some help. He expertly and gently eased the tension in my fascia and created space around the injury. I left wearing kinesology tape which continued to help create space over the next few days. He left my body feeling free of tension and more able to heal. Andy’s approach was gentle and holistic, working with the body rather than against it. I would recommend his healing hands to anyone - total magic.

I have had a good number of session with Andy regarding easing muscular problems, scar tissue manipulation and he healed my plantar fasciitis. I am always very happy and feel better for the treatments. Andy knows how to treat a multitude of ailments, he is highly recommended.

Andy is a magician. I had resigned myself to living with nagging neck and lower back pain but, in just a few sessions, Andy has relieved this. I will probably always need maintenance, but he's been able to help where others, such as osteopath and chiropractor, haven't.

I had a wonderful treatment today, I attended my appointment limping with a foot injury that had been bothering me for a couple of weeks, and i came out walking normally. Andy is also excellent at explaining what he is doing and giving exercises to help in the future. Can't recommend him enough

I would really recommend Andy for a massage. I felt slightly broken when I walked in through his door, and was transformed during the hour session. I've been hunched over my desk for about 6 months, really stressed, and Andy reset me and brought my body back. I left standing tall and feeling human again. I will definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend him.
