Free To Be Yoga
I've been having yoga classes with Sam since 2018. The classes have strengthen my body, made me more flexible and relaxed me physically and mentally. The sessions are delivered so you can work to the level you are comfortable with on the day. There is no judgement, there's lots of encouragement and smiles and along with Sam, Shavasna is the best!
